Providing You the Path to Becoming a Flight Operations Officer
A Flight Operations Officer, also known as a Flight Dispatcher, shares official responsibility with the Pilot-in-Command for the safe planning and operational control of every flight — building flight plans, monitoring weather and routing, and ensuring the aircraft is cleared to fly. It's a licensed role issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA), earned through a theoretical exam, a minimum of 90 days of on-the-job training, and a final oral/skill evaluation.
This degree program prepares students to appear in the FOO licensing exam as part of their degree. Several of our students and graduates have already gone on to clear the theoretical exam, complete their OJT, and pass the final interview evaluation to become licensed Flight Operations Officers.
