Co-Op: FROM CAMPUS TO CAREER
Your last semester, spent working — not just studying.
The Co-Op (Cooperative Education) Program lets BSAM students spend their final semester working full-time in the industry instead of only in the classroom — a three-way partnership between UMT, the student, and an industry employer. Running for 4 months, full-time, and carrying 6 credit hours toward your degree, CO-OP turns your last semester into real, paid workplace experience — appearing on your final transcript as proof of it.
Our Co-Op gives you a real industry network, hands-on professional experience in your field, and a significant edge in the job search that follows graduation — most students who complete it are already offered jobs even before graduation.
