PLO1.  Critical Thinking and Decision Making

Graduates will be able to use analytical and reflective thinking techniques to identify and analyze problems, develop viable alternatives, make effective decisions and apply appropriate quantitative and qualitative techniques in solving aviation business problems.

PLO2.  Effective Communication Skills

Graduates will be able to draft effective aviation business documents and prepare and deliver effective oral business presentations using a variety of appropriate technologies in aviation industry.

PLO3.  Ethics

Graduates will be able to identify and analyze ethical conflicts and sustainability issues involving different stakeholders (PCAA, Parents, Students, NBEAC and etc) in order to develop viable alternatives and make effective decisions relating to aviation business ethics and sustainability.

PLO4.  Core Business Knowledge and Competence

Graduates will be able to demonstrate effective practicing of overall functional business knowledge and ability to identify and interpret essential business concepts, principles and skills.  

PLO5.  Effective Teamwork

Graduates will be able to work effectively in teams and understand group processes, leadership, conflict, power and culture in aviation industry.

PLO6.   Industry Focus

Graduates will be able to understand the dynamics of global aviation industry and understand aviation business as an integrated system and apply strategic planning tools to coordinate among the functional areas. 

PLO7.   Global Perspective (Internationalization)

Graduates will be able to identify and analyze relevant global aviation factors that influence decision-making and develop viable alternatives and make effective decisions in an international aviation business setting.

PLO8. Leadership Skills

Graduates will be able to understand various leadership styles and demonstrate proven ability in exercising these styles according to the requirement of the situation.

PLO9. Computer-based Information

Graduates will be able to understand computer-based information systems and able to use end-user computing tools and infrastructures to apply and interpret aviation functional business knowledge.

PLO10. Corporate Social Responsibility

Graduates will be able to understand the kind of impact on all aspects of society including economic, social, and environmental. To engage in CSR means that, in the normal course of aviation business, a company is operating in ways that enhance society and the environment, instead of contributing negatively to them.

PLO11. Organizational Behavior

Graduates will be able to understand the dynamics of the organizational conflict, power and politics and make use of their analytical and interpersonal skills accordingly.
